Louis Gishen and Associates was established by the late Louis Gishen who practiced in partnership with Michelle Gishen and her team. Louis Gishen established the firm over 60 years ago and whilst Louis sadly passed away in 2013, his legacy, spirit, values and ethos remain with the firm to this day.

Sean Gishen joined the firm in 2014. Michelle and Sean Gishen established Gishen and Associates Inc, an incorporated legal practice in 2019, which continues to grow from strength to strength within the property market of both Gauteng and the Western Cape, and extends our legal services to clients located in the Western Cape.

The Partners’ services are supported by fully qualified professional assistants, a team of Candidate Attorneys and highly skilled paralegal staff members.
