Amanda Shepherd, known to clients as Mandy, is an admitted Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer. She is passionate about law and litigation in particular. It is especially satisfying to her when these cases result in clients receiving reimbursement for life-saving medical procedures, successfully defending against spurious claims, or enforcing their rights.
Amanda is also mindful of how stressful and costly litigation can be for clients so she always tries to resolve matters as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
The firm stays up to date with current trends in collaborative and alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration as well.
Mandy is an enthusiastic participant in advocacy groups and conferences addressing solutions to legal and other issues. She is an avid fly fisherwoman, “swimming mom” of two talented children and a swimming technical official. She loves conspiracy theories and political debates.
